How It Works

A purpose-built application with a clean interface the team uses daily, designed to mirror the existing workflow and then introduce automation and AI to handle the repetitive steps. The team works in a structured system instead of spreadsheets and manual handoffs.

The Result

Currently in build. Targeting elimination of the 1.5-hour daily manual process and reducing the need for 3 dedicated staff on order admin.
